Supplier and Project Risk Management

Supplier Risk Management

Our supplier audits anticipate risks and identify opportunities related to suppliers, projects, and processes.

Our industrial audits cover six key areas: R&D, production, quality, supply chain, CSR, and strategic processes, assessing supplier strengths and weaknesses in line with your specific requirements and context.

We deploy supplier development programs based on APQP and PPAP methodologies to reinforce design quality, industrialization, quality control, and serial performance.

These audits are also conducted during serial production to investigate root causes of underperformance or recurring issues within your supply base.

Project Risk Management

Our engineers and technicians are trained in technical project management in multinational environments and in APQP and PPAP methods. They ensure the coordination, support, and supervision of your projects, guaranteeing on-time and on-budget delivery.

With our local auditors, we oversee project execution at supplier sites and drive the rapid resolution of deviations. We ensure:

  • The integration of customer specifications into the supplier’s internal project.

  • Monitoring of the product qualification plan, compliance, and performance testing.

  • Supervision of industrialization and implementation of quality control plans to ensure long-term compliance during serial production.
